KNIT

By now most of you have met either myself (Mollie) or my mom (Gay.) We have been helping Charleston embrace knitting for the last 2 ½ years. Both of us have really enjoyed being a part of the Charleston community. I brought knitting back into my mother’s life many years ago when I wrote my Master’s Thesis on knitting in art therapy. After graduation we decided to open a shop and help others find the same passion and reap the same benefits from knitting that I had found in my research. We have found that many locals are avid knitters and we have had the joy to watch many new knitters bloom into master knitters. We hope to continue to provide the same great service that we have been the past few years. We want people to feel like they are at home here at knit. And if you stop by on a Saturday afternoon you will find many of our regulars enjoying a long day of relaxing, community and knitting. So please come in and met our great staff Marianne, Amy, Claiborne, Sara, Beth and some of our regulars who love to help as well Tina, Pam, Carole, Patrick, Vera and many more.
