LulaKate was established in 2003 by Katherine Mullins. The name was inspired by Katherine’s great-great-grandmother, “Lula,” and her own would-be nickname. In the same spirit that the name pays homage to the past and present, LulaKate’s fashion is known for is a vintage-inspired creations with clean, modern lines. Designed in the heart of historic downtown Charleston by Katherine Mullins and her 2005 hire, Caroline Baker, these clothes embody what it is to be a contemporary, southern woman. These ladies have been creating clothes all of their lives…and together have added LulaKate Bridal, an elegant line of dupioni party dresses, to the growing LulaKate family.
